State Toxics Regulators Send Railway's Mill Site Cleanup Plan Back for Revisions
State toxics regulators have told Mendocino Railway to rewrite its cleanup plan for the mill site's contaminated ponds, and to stop calling the fence around the largest pond effective until it is replaced.
