Indivisible Mendocino Coast held a peaceful, well-organized, and well-attended protest in Fort Bragg, CA on Saturday, with organizers estimating the crowd at 1,700 in Fort Bragg— or roughly 20 percent the population of this small coastal city.
The crowd was estimated at 200 in the Village of Mendocino — equal to about half the population of the enclave. As with past events, it was a day for reconnecting with old friends and making a few new ones. While the crowd reflected the ongoing, global demographic shift, Saturday’s protest featured more young people than have participated in No Kings’ Days in the past.
Protests were also planned for the Village of Mendocino, Boonville, Point Arena, Gualala, Willits, and Ukiah.
