Mendocino County says the ballot printer owes it almost $108,000 for the cost of handling a ballot printing error

....Seems to me that IVS needs to work that out with the unnamed 'third party', since it seems Mendo County didn't submit the errored info!....

We seem to spend a hell of a lot of money in lawsuits in this county! No Wonder we're broke!
